The Norwegian Transparency Act is intended to promote enterprises' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, and to ensure the public's access to information. The Act imposes on enterprises a duty to provide information and a duty to, among other things, carry out due diligence assessments.

Kernel publishes its due diligence assessment annually in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act. The report is of a general nature and provides guidance on which areas will be important to prioritize going forward.
